- Bells Nursery and Gifts utilizes a shipping option utility to allow the customer to select the method of shipping that best meets their needs. We process orders within one business day. If the order falls on a non-business day or after business hours, the order will be processed the next business day.

- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the consumable nature of some of our products, Bells Nursery and Gifts does not honor any refunds or returns on consumable goods. If a product is purchased and is found defective within fourteen days of purchase, we will make every attempt to correct the problem. The customer must ship the defective product back to Bells Nursery and Gifts along with a copy of the sales receipt. Once we varify the information we will offer a replacement product.
